For Elk Grove Village residents, full-arch treatment doesn't mean a trip downtown. Advani Implant Institute is in the Eberle Medical Building on the campus of Ascension Alexian Brothers Medical Center, usually 5–10 minutes from anywhere in the village. What full-arch treatment involves

Full-arch implants (often called All-on-4 or All-on-X) replace a whole upper or lower set of failing teeth, or a denture, with a fixed bridge anchored to 4–6 implants. At our office:

  • One surgical visit under IV sedation for extractions, implants and, for most patients, fixed temporary teeth the same day.
  • Two planning platforms. Every case is planned in both Blue Sky Plan and X-Guide, and placed with X-Nav real-time 3D navigation.
  • One doctor, start to finish. Dr. Advani places the implants and also designs and delivers your final zirconia bridge.

What it costs

Full-arch treatment with a final zirconia bridge starts at $16,875 per arch ($33,750 for both arches), all-inclusive: the consultation and 3D CT scan, extractions, 4–6 implants, sedation, same-day temporary teeth, the final bridge and follow-up visits, with a 10-year warranty.
