We believe you deserve a clear answer on cost before you ever sit in the consultation chair. Every price below is all-inclusive — implants, prosthesis, sedation, and follow-up care. No surprise add-ons. Financing options to make treatment accessible.
When patients come to us after consultations elsewhere, the most common frustration we hear is the "final price isn't the final price" story — quoted one number, then nickel-and-dimed for sedation, prosthesis material, follow-ups, or "complications" that turn out to be standard procedure.
That doesn't happen here. Every price below includes everything needed to complete your treatment: surgical placement, all materials, sedation when indicated, the final permanent prosthesis, and every follow-up visit through the first year.
The complimentary consultation includes a CBCT scan and a complete written treatment plan with itemized pricing. There's no obligation to proceed — patients regularly take their plan home, compare it to other quotes, and come back when they're ready.
Every fee below is all-inclusive at the level shown — meaning the price you see is the complete cost for that treatment, with no separate charges for surgery, sedation, temporary teeth, or the final restoration. Specific pricing for your case is confirmed in writing at consultation.
A semi-permanent bridge with a lower entry cost. Upgrade to zirconia within 3 years for $5,000 per arch. Backed by a 3-year warranty.
Monolithic zirconia — the strongest restorative material available. Eat anything, forever. Backed by a 10-year warranty covering chips, cracks, breaks, and implant failure.
The most natural full-arch result available: teeth emerge from your own gums with no pink ceramic transition. Requires healthy bone and gum tissue. Candidacy confirmed with 3D CT scan. See FP1 vs FP3 comparison ↓
For patients with severe upper-jaw bone loss, zygomatic implants anchor in the dense cheekbone rather than the resorbed maxilla — eliminating the need for lengthy grafting procedures. Available as an add-on to any AOX case when clinically indicated.
CareCredit, Cherry, and Proceed Finance — three lending partners with terms up to 12 years and same-day approval. See details below.
Some practices advertise a low headline number and then add charges for extractions, sedation, temporary teeth, and the final restoration once you're already invested. The Advani Implant Institute doesn't operate that way. Every full-arch fee above includes every step required to complete your treatment, from your first surgical appointment to the delivery of your final bridge.
The most common question in full-arch dentistry: which design fits your case? Every mouth is different, and candidacy depends on how much bone and gum tissue you have. This is one of our patients, one week after surgery, with both designs in one mouth.
Upper jaw · FP1: the new teeth emerge from the patient's own natural gum tissue — no pink ceramic band, no visible transition line. Looks like natural teeth in a natural smile.
Lower jaw · FP3: the bridge includes a band of pink ceramic to replace lost gum tissue. This design works for nearly everyone and is the standard All-on-X result.
The bridge replaces teeth only — no pink ceramic gum. Your own natural gum tissue frames the smile, exactly as it would around natural teeth. Requires healthy bone and gum tissue and exact implant placement, which is where X-Nav navigation matters most.
The bridge includes a band of pink ceramic that replaces the lost gum and bone. The most flexible design — works for nearly every patient, including those with significant bone loss. Included in the standard AOX price at no upcharge.
Not everyone is a candidate for FP1. Dr. Advani reviews your 3D CT scan and gives you an honest read on which design fits your case — no upselling to a design your anatomy can't support.
Every full-arch case comes with a written warranty on both the bridge and the implants — because a smile that's built to last should be backed in writing.
Every zirconia All-on-X case is covered by a written 10-year warranty on both the bridge and the underlying implants.
NanoCeramic cases come with a 3-year warranty on both the bridge and implants, plus a clear path to upgrade to zirconia at any point.
Full warranty terms are provided in writing at consultation. Coverage begins on the delivery date of the final bridge.
Most patients qualify for financing through one of our three lending partners. Plans range from 6 months to 12 years, with 0% interest available on shorter terms for qualified applicants. Application takes 2–3 minutes and approval is typically instant.
Beyond our three financing partners, we accept multiple payment methods to make treatment accessible regardless of your situation.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Many patients use credit cards with travel or rewards programs to maximize value on the treatment investment.
Dental implants are an eligible expense for both Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. We provide all documentation needed for tax-advantaged payment.
While most dental insurance has limited annual maximums, many patients have benefits that cover a meaningful portion. We verify your specific coverage and apply benefits directly.
Patients paying full balance at time of treatment are eligible for a small courtesy discount. Ask at consultation for current terms.
Most patients use a combination — insurance benefits + financing for the balance, or HSA + financing, or split payments across two cards. We help structure the most efficient approach for your situation.
Most patients are surprised by what their dental insurance does and doesn't cover for implant treatment. The honest answer: insurance helps, but it rarely pays for everything.
Typical dental insurance has an annual maximum of $1,000–$3,000 per year — meaningful, but only a portion of full-arch treatment cost. Many plans cover 50% of the implant or crown, up to that annual maximum. Some plans exclude implants entirely. Some cover IV sedation when medically necessary.
What we do at consultation: verify your specific coverage in advance, calculate your exact out-of-pocket cost, and put it in writing. No surprises when the bill arrives.
Medical insurance (separate from dental) sometimes covers IV sedation or treatment for medically complex conditions. Worth verifying — we can run that check at consultation as well.
Most of our patients don't pay all at once. With financing terms of up to 12 years, one arch starts around $212 a month, about $7 a day. That buys work by a U.S.-trained, Illinois-licensed dentist who has practiced at the same location for 14 years and backs his zirconia bridges with a 10-year warranty.
And what patients get back: no more pain, eating what they want, smiling with confidence, and feeling like themselves again.
