Why patients make the drive

Full-arch treatment is a once-in-a-lifetime decision, and Bloomington–Normal patients often want a practice that focuses on it: complex cases, advanced techniques for low bone, IV sedation, and one doctor who handles both the surgery and the final teeth. The trip is about 2 hours 15 minutes each way, mostly on I-55.

Keeping the trips to a minimum

Most full-arch cases come down to a handful of visits:

  1. Consultation and 3D CT scan. You leave with a written treatment plan and exact pricing.
  2. Surgery day. Extractions, 4–6 implants and, for most patients, fixed temporary teeth in one visit. You'll need someone to drive you home after sedation, and many patients stay overnight nearby.
  3. Healing check-ins. A few short visits over the next 3–4 months.
  4. Final bridge. Your zirconia bridge is designed, fitted and delivered by Dr. Advani.

We schedule visits weekdays, 9 AM to 5 PM, and can work with you to group appointments. For hotels near the office and directions, see traveling for treatment.

What you get for the drive

Every case is planned in both Blue Sky Plan and X-Guide and placed with X-Nav 3D navigation. If you've been told you don't have enough bone, pterygoid, trans-sinus and zygomatic implants are options here, often without months of grafting (implants with severe bone loss). If you still have your own teeth, ask about the Advani A6™: teeth with no fake pink gums.

What it costs

Full-arch treatment with a final zirconia bridge starts at $16,875 per arch ($33,750 for both arches), all-inclusive: the consultation and 3D CT scan, extractions, 4–6 implants, sedation, same-day temporary teeth, the final bridge and follow-up visits, with a 10-year warranty. A semi-permanent NanoCeramic bridge starts at $13,395 per arch (from about $168/month). Zirconia financing starts around $212 per month, for qualified applicants. See full pricing and financing.
