That price includes the consultation and 3D CT scan, extractions, 4–6 implants, sedation, same-day temporary teeth, the final bridge and follow-up visits, plus a 10-year warranty on the bridge and implants. A semi-permanent NanoCeramic bridge starts at $13,395 per arch (from about $168/month). Zirconia financing starts around $212 per month, for qualified applicants.

The office is in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, inside the Ascension Alexian Brothers Medical Center campus: usually about 1 to 1.5 hours from Northwest Indiana, depending on traffic. Most full-arch cases take a consultation, one surgical visit, a few short check-ins and a final visit, and we can help group appointments to save trips.
