Where our patients come from
Most of our patients live in the Chicago suburbs, but many drive or fly in from farther away because they're looking for full-arch implant surgery with IV sedation, or because they've been told elsewhere that they don't have enough bone for implants. Approximate drive times to our office:

Flying in from out of town
For patients coming from outside the Chicago area, we're about 15–30 minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD), depending on traffic. O'Hare has direct flights from most U.S. cities, so for many out-of-town patients the trip to our office is shorter than a drive across their own metro area.
- Fly into O'Hare (ORD) if you can. It's the closest airport to our office. Chicago Midway (MDW) also works but is about 45–60 minutes away.
- Getting from the airport: taxis and rideshare (Uber, Lyft) pick up at every O'Hare terminal. If you rent a car, most routes use I-90 or IL-390, which are tollways; rental cars usually include a toll pass, or you can pay online after your trip.
- Arrive the day before surgery so you're rested, and so you can follow the eating and drinking instructions for IV sedation without a travel day in the way.

Where to stay
Elk Grove Village sits in the middle of the O'Hare hotel corridor, so there are dozens of hotels within a few miles of our office. A few full-service and suite-style options patients often find convenient:

Address: Advani Implant Institute, Eberle Medical Building, Suite 660, 800 Biesterfield Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, on the campus of Ascension Alexian Brothers Medical Center.
Enter 800 Biesterfield Rd, Elk Grove Village into your GPS and follow signs on the hospital campus to the Eberle Medical Building. Free patient parking is available at the medical building. Our office is in Suite 660.
How to plan your visits
- Tell us you're traveling when you call. Our team will schedule your consultation, 3D CT scan, and surgery to keep the number of trips as low as possible.
- Plan a 2-night stay for full-arch surgery. Surgery day plus one recovery day before you travel home. See where to stay above, or ask us for a recommendation.
- Bring a driver if you're having IV sedation. You'll need a responsible adult to take you back to your hotel or home after surgery. You can't drive yourself after sedation.
- Plan for a return visit for your final teeth. After 3–4 months of healing, you'll come back for your final zirconia bridge.
