Where he started
David put it simply: “I've never had good teeth.” His teeth kept breaking, decaying and causing problems, one after another. Dark, broken teeth up top. Failing crowns and decay down below. Chewing had become a chore, and he was done patching it.
He came in with two goals: fix his smile, and be able to chew again.

Before and after.
One day. Twelve implants. Navigated in 3D.
In a single surgical visit, Dr. Advani:
- Removed all of the broken upper and lower teeth.
- Placed 6 implants in the upper jaw and 6 in the lower jaw, guided live by X-Nav 3D navigation. The system tracks every step of the surgery in 3D against the plan, so each implant lands exactly where it was designed to go.
- Attached fixed teeth the same day. David smiled with his new teeth right after surgery.
Two arches, two designs, each one chosen for him
Upper: the Advani A6™. David was a candidate for FP1 teeth on his upper jaw: a bridge with no fake pink gum, so his new teeth look like they grow straight out of his own gums. That design leaves no room for error. Every implant has to sit precisely under the tooth it supports, which is exactly what 3D navigation is for.
Lower: a full-arch bridge with gum (FP3). His lower jaw called for a bridge that replaces lost gum as well as teeth. It's a strong, natural-looking and easy-to-clean design, and the right fit for his lower anatomy. Compare bridge options →
Final teeth, made in-house
After healing, David's final zirconia bridges were designed, milled and customized by Dr. Advani in our in-office lab. They weren't shipped out to a lab he never met. The same doctor who placed his implants shaped his final smile, backed by our 10-year zirconia warranty.
“My teeth were horrible, and now they're perfect.”

Hi, my name is Dave. I'm here to get full dental implants, a whole new set of teeth. I'm looking forward to it because I've never had good teeth. [After treatment] He answers all your questions very well and, you know, explains everything to you. My teeth were horrible, and now they're perfect. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, for one. I'm looking forward to going home and maybe eating a steak.

Quick answers
What is the difference between FP1 and FP3?
An FP1 bridge replaces only the teeth, so they appear to come straight out of your own gums with no pink material. An FP3 bridge also replaces lost gum with gum-colored ceramic. Which one fits depends on how much bone and gum you have and how much shows when you smile.
Can I have a different design on top and bottom?
Yes. David has an Advani A6™ (FP1) bridge on top and an FP3 bridge on the bottom. Each arch is planned for its own anatomy.
Why use 3D navigation?
X-Nav tracks the drill and the patient live against the digital plan, so each implant is placed where it was designed. That precision matters most for FP1 bridges, where every implant must sit right under its tooth.

Patients featured in our Smile Story program may receive a treatment discount in exchange for sharing their photos and videos. Photos are unretouched apart from cropping. Individual results vary, and your treatment plan depends on your own anatomy and health.
