The short answer: most people pay monthly
Very few patients pay for full-arch implants in one lump sum. Most spread the cost out with patient financing, the same way people finance a car or a home repair. Through our lending partners (CareCredit, Cherry and Proceed Finance), qualified patients can choose terms of up to 12 years.
- One arch: from about $212 per month
- Both arches: from about $423 per month
Put another way, $212 a month is about $7 a day, less than many people spend on coffee or lunch. Your actual payment depends on the lender, the term and your credit. These are examples, not a quote.
Example: financed for 144 months at 10.99% APR, $16,875 ≈ $212/month; $33,750 ≈ $423/month; NanoCeramic $13,395 ≈ $168/month; $26,790 ≈ $336/month. APRs 3.99%–18.99% depending on term and credit, with approved credit through Proceed Finance. Shorter terms have higher payments; 0% promotional plans are available on some shorter terms.
Other ways patients bring the cost down
- HSA and FSA funds. Implants are generally an eligible expense, so you can pay with pre-tax dollars.
- Dental insurance. It usually covers only a small part (most annual maximums are $1,000–$3,000), but we apply every dollar you're entitled to.
- Choosing the right bridge. A semi-permanent NanoCeramic bridge starts at $13,395 per arch (about $168/month, or $336/month for both arches), versus $16,875 for zirconia, and can be upgraded to zirconia later.
- Starting with one arch. Some patients do the arch that bothers them most first and the other later.

What the money actually buys
A low price means little if the work doesn't last or the office isn't there when you need it. With us, your investment covers:
- A U.S.-trained, Illinois-licensed dentist. Dr. Vishal Advani earned his DDS at Columbia University and has personally placed and restored more than 2,000 implants.
- 14 years at the same location. He has practiced at this address since 2012 and follows his patients for years, so he knows what holds up. See why one doctor for every step matters.
- A doctor who stands behind the work. Zirconia bridges come with a 10-year warranty covering the bridge and the implants.
- Everything included. The consultation and 3D CT scan, extractions, 4–6 implants, sedation, same-day temporary teeth, the final bridge and follow-up visits are all in one price.
The cost of waiting
Failing teeth rarely get cheaper. Patients often tell us they spent years and thousands of dollars on root canals, crowns, bridges and dentures that kept failing before choosing implants. Meanwhile, missing teeth let the jawbone shrink, which can make treatment more complex later.
What patients say it changed
When we ask patients what the treatment was worth, the answers are rarely about teeth alone. They talk about:
- No more tooth pain or loose, slipping dentures
- Eating the foods they love again, like steak, apples and salad
- Smiling in photos without covering their mouth
- Feeling confident at work, in interviews and on dates
- Looking and feeling younger, with lips and cheeks supported again

How to find out what you'd pay
Your consultation is free and includes a 3D CT scan, a written treatment plan and exact pricing. If you'd like, our team can help you check financing options at the same visit, and many lenders offer a pre-qualification check that doesn't affect your credit score. Then you can decide with real numbers in hand.
Financing is offered by third-party lenders to qualified applicants. Terms, interest rates and monthly payments vary. Some promotional plans charge deferred interest if the balance isn't paid in full by the end of the promotional period.
Common questions
How much are monthly payments for full mouth dental implants?
At Advani Implant Institute, financing starts around $212 per month for one arch and around $423 per month for both arches, for qualified applicants. Your actual payment depends on the lender, the term you choose and your credit.
How long can I finance dental implants?
Our lending partners offer terms of up to 12 years for qualified applicants. Longer terms mean lower monthly payments; shorter promotional plans may have 0% interest if paid off on time.
Can I use HSA or FSA money for dental implants?
Yes. Dental implants are generally an eligible expense for HSA and FSA accounts, and many patients combine those funds with financing.
Does insurance pay for full mouth implants?
Usually only part of the cost. Most dental plans have an annual maximum of about $1,000–$3,000. We check your benefits and apply anything you're entitled to; the rest can be financed.
Why not just get cheaper implants somewhere else?
Compare what's included. Some quotes leave out sedation, extractions, the temporary teeth or the final bridge, and treatment far from home makes follow-up, repairs and warranty claims difficult. Bring any quote to your consultation and we'll go through it line by line.
