Where he started
Terry's teeth had been repaired many times. His upper front teeth were held together with old crowns and bridgework, the teeth around them were worn, stained and failing, and his gums showed it. With problems on both jaws, fixing one tooth at a time would have been a never-ending cycle.

Both jaws, one plan
After a 3D CT scan and digital planning in two separate software platforms, Dr. Advani rebuilt both arches:
- Removed his failing upper and lower teeth and placed implants in both jaws with X-Nav 3D navigation.
- Attached fixed temporary teeth on top and bottom, so he could eat and smile while he healed.
- Delivered final zirconia bridges for both arches after healing.
His bridges include natural-looking gum (an FP3 design), which replaces gum and bone lost over years of failing teeth and restores support for his lips. Curious what makes implant teeth look real?

The final smile
Terry's upper and lower zirconia bridges are strong, stain-resistant and backed by our 10-year warranty. The same doctor who placed his implants designed and delivered his final teeth. See why one doctor for every step matters.
Could this be you?
- You have old crowns and bridges that keep failing on both jaws.
- Your gums are inflamed or your teeth are getting loose.
- You'd rather fix everything once than keep repairing one tooth at a time.

Quick answers
Can both jaws be done at the same time?
Often, yes. Many patients have upper and lower full-arch implants placed in one surgical visit under IV sedation. Whether both arches can be done together depends on your health and your 3D CT scan.
What is All-on-X?
All-on-X means a full arch of fixed teeth supported by four or more implants. The number of implants depends on your bone and bite.
What does FP3 mean?
An FP3 bridge replaces the teeth plus gum and bone that have been lost, using natural-looking gum-colored material. It restores lip support after years of tooth loss.
