Where she started
Kim's upper teeth had been through a lot. Her front teeth were broken and decayed, there were gaps where teeth were already missing, and the rest were worn and discolored. Fixing them one at a time would have meant crown after crown on teeth that weren't going to last.
One arch, done right
After a 3D CT scan and digital planning, Dr. Advani replaced Kim's failing upper teeth with a full arch of fixed teeth on implants:
- Removed her failing upper teeth and placed implants with X-Nav 3D navigation.
- Attached fixed temporary teeth so she could eat and smile while she healed.
- Delivered her final zirconia bridge after healing, designed around her face and smile.

Quick answers
Can you replace just the upper teeth?
Yes. Kim had a full-arch implant bridge on her upper jaw only. Each jaw is planned separately, and many patients need only one arch.
Are full-arch implant teeth removable?
No. The bridge is screwed onto the implants and stays in. It's removed only by the dentist at maintenance visits for a deep cleaning.
How long does a zirconia implant bridge last?
Zirconia is the strongest material used for full-arch bridges and resists chipping and staining. At Advani Implant Institute, zirconia bridges come with a 10-year warranty, with regular 6-month hygiene visits.
