Two smiles, one journey
Ned and Sylvia went through their smile transformations together at Advani Implant Institute. Each had different needs, so each got a plan of their own, but they shared the same doctor and the same team from the first visit to the last.
Dr. Vishal Advani planned and restored both cases in-house, from the first consultation and 3D imaging through implant placement and the final restorations.
Two smiles. One journey.
Sylvia: a full smile makeover
Sylvia's worn, uneven and discolored teeth made her self-conscious about smiling. Her upper and lower arches were both restored with a combination of dental implants, crowns and veneers, keeping her healthy teeth where possible and replacing the ones that couldn't be saved. The result is a complete, natural-looking smile.

Ned: a rebuilt upper arch
Ned had missing, worn and discolored upper teeth with visible gaps. His entire upper arch was rebuilt with dental implants, crowns and veneers, and implants on his lower arch restored a stable bite.

Why the right plan isn't always a full arch
Not every patient needs every tooth replaced. Ned and Sylvia's cases combined implants with crowns and veneers, saving healthy teeth where it made sense. A 3D scan and careful planning decide which teeth to keep and which to replace. See full mouth dental implants and pricing and financing.

Could this be you?
- Your teeth are worn, chipped, discolored or missing.
- You want a complete smile, not just one tooth fixed at a time.
- You and your partner both want to improve your smiles.
Quick answers
Can couples be treated together?
Yes. Ned and Sylvia were treated by the same doctor and team, with separate treatment plans built around each of their needs.
Do I need all my teeth replaced with implants?
Not always. Ned and Sylvia's cases combined dental implants with crowns and veneers, keeping healthy teeth where possible. A 3D scan and exam decide the right mix.
What's the difference between crowns and veneers?
A crown covers the whole tooth and is used when a tooth is weakened or heavily restored. A veneer is a thin shell bonded to the front of a healthier tooth to change its shape and color.

Individual results vary, and your treatment plan depends on your own anatomy and health.
